If you got a problem, yo, she’ll solve it. Ronda lives for making lists and checking things off. If something can be systemized, or a process can be written, she’s your girl. This love of all things organized helps her clinical work with all clients, but especially with adolescents—they thrive on structure and clear expectations.

Ronda is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with a Master’s in Clinical Psychology. She has been working exclusively with the forensic population since 2014. Prior to specializing in this area of treatment, she worked as a mental health therapist and crisis clinician for clients with a wide range of mental health care needs. Before relocating to Minnesota, Ronda was providing psychosexual evaluations, sex offender treatment, and court testimony for a five county metro area in Illinois and Iowa. Her passion working with this population shows in her dedication to treating her clients with the respect they deserve and to seeing her clients succeed.
